Q. How to get a refund or Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the event?
A. Refund policies vary by event. Some tickets are non-refundable, while others allow cancellation within a certain time frame. Please check the event’s terms before purchasing.
Q. How do I buy tickets on your website?
A. Simply browse available events, select the one you’d like to attend, choose your ticket type and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
Q. How will I receive my tickets?
A. Tickets are delivered via email immediately after your purchase is confirmed. You can also download the Ticket PDF document after the payment process step is complete.
Q. What if I didn’t receive my ticket email?
A. Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing contact our support team at admin@eventblitz.ie
Q. Do I need to print my ticket?
A. Most events accept digital tickets shown on your phone. However, we recommend checking the specific event instructions for any special entry requirements.
Q. Will my booked seats remain the same on the event day?
A. Seats are assigned at booking, but may change before the event due to operational or safety needs. If this happens, you’ll be given alternative seats of equal value and similar quality and notified in advance.
